How long does a typical project take?

Honestly, it varies. Residential projects usually run 3-8 months, commercial can be 6-18 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline after our first chat.

Do you work outside Toronto?

Yep! We've done projects across Ontario and occasionally further. If it's an interesting project, we'll make it work - distance isn't usually a dealbreaker.

What's your fee structure like?

We usually work on a percentage of construction cost or fixed fee, depending on project complexity. First consultation's free though - let's talk specifics then.

Can you help with permits and approvals?

Absolutely. That's part of what we do - navigating the bureaucracy so you don't have to. We've got relationships with the city that help speed things along.
